Monis Rafiq
VICE PRESIDENT
Monis Rafiq is the Vice President of the Films 4 Peace Foundation. Last 10 years he had been working in the arenas of film, media, and research. Obtaining Honors and Masters in English Language and Literature, he also studied and researched on film. A committed documentary filmmaker, TV-programmer on film, and a writer, Mr. Monis is ceaselessly working for perfect creative production and arranging any event successfully. He himself is an example of determined, punctual, and qualified media personality and Filmmaker in Bangladesh.

Sultana Maksuda
Director, Research & Advocacy
Ms. Sultana has more than 12 years’ experience in peace, development, and advocacy. She did her post-graduation from the International Relations, University of Dhaka, and working as a Director of Research and Advocacy at Films 4 Peace. She completed successfully Doctor of Social Sciences and Submitted Thesis in February 2020 at the Department of Sociology and Social Policy, Faculty of Arts and Social Science, The University of Sydney, Australia

Pervez Siddiqui
Executive Director
Mr. Pervez Siddiqui is the founding chair of the Films 4 Peace Foundation. Pervez Siddiqui, a former Peace Research fellow of University of Oslo, Norway, and studied in Film at The University of South Wales in the United Kingdom. He graduated from Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has around 12 years of professional experience in advocacy, media relations, networking, and film making activities including national media campaigns and advising on and driving the implementation of communications and media strategies tailored to specific audiences. He is working as a filmmaker and uses lessons learned from University of South Wales, UK, and Diplomacy Training Programme, Australia in the production of films promoting peace. He is also making a series of documentaries for Bangladesh television as well as freelancing for leading national NGOS’s such as RMMRU, University of Dhaka, Manasher Jonno Foundation, BRAC, OKUP, etc.

Sadia Karim
GENERAL SECRETARY
Ms. Karim is the General Secretary of the Films 4 Peace Foundation. She is working for gender and migration for 10 years and had experience with leading national NGO’s. Ms. Karim graduated from Dhaka University on Sociology and has skills and competencies in advocacy, networking, branding, media, and communication. Have expertise in preparing IEC, BCC materials, and good knowledge of preparing and writing concept notes, project proposals, reporting, and documentation of the development programs/activities. Have a strong capacity of organising consultation, meeting, workshop, roundtable, press conference with local and policy level stakeholders, donors, project participants/target groups.

Rafiqul Alam
Join Secretary
Mr. Alam is working as organizing Secretary for Films 4 Peace Foundation. He did his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and graduated from Jagannath University Bangladesh on Geography. Mr. Alam has 10 years of experience in Textile Industries and a clear understanding of development. He is also working as Director Marketing’’ at The Khaleque Textile Mills Limited (KTML) and founder of Rainwater Enterprise Limited.

Mohammad Ali
Executive Member
Mr. Ali is the president of the Nomijan Aftabi Foundation (NAF), a Non-Government Organization and also working as Country Representative of the Asian Resource Foundation (ARF) Thailand based Development Organization. He also the consultant of Masud Altaf & Co. Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh. He completed a Master of Business Administration from the reputed university of Bangladesh. Mr. Ali is an Executive Member of the Films 4 Peace Foundation.
